Monday, June 09, 2003F.Y.I.: finally beat The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker today/yesterday. That's what I've been spending my time on. I like Aryll's pirate dress. I also finished Farenheit 451 ( I really liked it), I still can't explain my Ray Bradbury dream from months ago. I am uninspired in fixing the archive thingie. I am waiting for Trigun and Bebop to be on tonight. Have to watch Cabin Boy Wednesday, just to see David Letterman sell sock monkeys. posted by Brittani Schneider on 6/9/2003 12:16:53 AM | *
Tuesday, May 27, 2003I saw The Matrix: Reloaded last night. It was okay, the special effects were good, the story... was interesting I guess. One fight scene was really too long, I thought. Now for a tidbit about me: if Spongebob is on at say... 2:00 a.m. I will watch it. Don't know why except it's a funny show. The last episode of Cowboy Bebop was on last night, I couldn't watch it last time it cycled through. I made myself last night though, it was as sad as I thought it was going to be. I don't think the movie is coming to Baltimore or D.C. My head hurts. I think the weather is making up for last year being so dry. posted by Brittani Schneider on 5/27/2003 08:10:49 PM | *
Sunday, May 25, 2003Weekly overview: it's raining, after days of overcast, gloomy weather. I will probably see the new Matrix movie this weekend, haven't seen a movie in a theater in a while. Our doggie Daisy turned 8. I had a monkey people dream earlier this week. I guess that's what happens when you read about people who look similar to modern man except with chimp faces, before going to bed. posted by Brittani Schneider on 5/25/2003 01:28:54 AM | *
Wednesday, May 21, 2003I can't stand the Fox News Channel, too bad it's on right now while the parental units nap. Gloomy today, supposed to rain the rest of the week I think. Just checked the Weather Channel website... it's going to rainy/thunder stormy for the next nine days. posted by Brittani Schneider on 5/21/2003 06:16:38 PM | *
Wednesday, May 14, 2003Today: Craptacular? You betcha! Still sniffly/coughing/sore&croaky throat person. I got sick last Fri. I'm feeling better but the sound of my croaky voice is annoying me. Mom is starting to feel ill, my brother brought this cold thingie home. Passed from him to my sister to me then Mom, I wonder if Dad will catch it? Derm. doctor appointment today, went without brother (he started driver's ed ). I am not chatty with doctors, never have been I don't think. Phil is kind of a buffer sharing facts and news bits. Today I completly forgot what story I made up (since I'm not doing anything educational/work related)and it's been too long since I told it. Apparently I'm in community college which was true a couple of years ago. It's a quick visit: looks at your face asks questions, answer, small chitchat, refill, leave. Also in that Cowboy Bebop episode, Ed makes the goofiest faces/comments. She seems all limbs, Ein reminds me of our doggy Fox. He's a Pembroke Welsh Corgi too. posted by Brittani Schneider on 5/14/2003 05:25:40 PM | *
Tuesday, May 13, 2003It's hard to giggle when you're all congested. I was watching Cowboy Bebop (Mushroom Samba) last night, I haven't watched all the episodes yet but this one seemed especially silly. The way Ed moves when walking is funny, so were the faces of the other bounty hunters when they were chasing her. A combination of Cowboy Bebop plus watching part of a James Brown video caused me to dream Fat Albert hugging me then winking at me. posted by Brittani Schneider on 5/13/2003 05:35:56 PM | *
Wednesday, May 07, 2003That was a close one: Hensons Buy Back Muppets . posted by Brittani Schneider on 5/7/2003 04:13:47 PM | *The quality of porn spam in my email, well it's different. How can you tell they're secretaries topless and in their underwear? Did they originally start out in business wear? I've gotten this email twice and Mail Washer can't do anything about it cause it's my Netscape IMAP account. My fingers still hurt a little from the burns. My knuckles touched the coil in the oven (while on "broil") last week. Just the ring & baby fingers. I finished Neuromancer last night. "Microsoft" was mentioned, tiny pieces of software that were put into some jack connected into the brain (that's my interpretation). Did William Gibson invent that term before Bill Gates? Must look that up later. posted by Brittani Schneider on 5/7/2003 03:46:43 PM | *
